- NB:- ELECTRICITY Electricity and air-conditioning is included with an allowance of up to 40 euro per week. If more electricity is used than this amount, then this will be topped up using money from your security deposit or you can purchase top-up cards from us. There is a meter in the apartment so you can monitor your consumption of electricity. 40 euro per week will be sufficient, provided that the air-conditioning units are used in a reasonable manner, ie. closing doors and windows during use, not leaving them on all day, etc..
- - The air-conditioned apartment comes with a seating area and a satellite, flat-screen TV plus TVs in the bedrooms. It includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer and microwave oven. It also has a bathroom with a luxury shower and hairdryer.
